The iPhone XS Max of US model that supports one physical SIM card and one e-SIM card you get maybe A1921, A2101 or other custom-made models; The iPhone XS Max that supports dual physical SIM card you get is A2104.
The iPhone XS Max we sell here is unlocked models. However, some USA models need a USA carrier’s SIM card to activate the iPhone; after activation, you can use any valid SIM card freely. So we attach a USA carrier’s SIM card in the package. The Chinese models that support dual physical SIM cards do not have the problem.

The iPhone XS Max of Chinese Model supports 2 physical SIM cards working at the same time. You can have 2 different mobile phone numbers in the same iPhone XS Max, one for work or clients, partners; another for family or friends. The power adaptor for this iPhone is US model(the power adaptor is original), for the convenience of the customers in other countries, we provide the adaptor switcher for free. Currently we provide Euro model or British model. If you have special request on the power adaptor, please contact our customer service.

2.How long the logistic takes
Normally it takes about 10-15 days to Europe, North America, Asian; it takes longer-about 20-35 days- to Latin America. Please note that the logistics time here is only the number of days under normal circumstances, this is not our commitment.
3.About Warranty
The product has the brand’s global warranty, which means you can get repair service from your local authorized repair center for free due to product quality problems. The warranty period varies depending on the brands. Normally we will specify the term in the specification sector. Of course, you can also mail the products to us for repair, but in that scenario, you will have to pay the mail fees. If the damage caused by your improper use of the product, you will have to pay for the repair.
4.About the return
If you do not use the product and not activate the device (we can check when it is activated), and the product box as well as the device is available for re-sell, you can return it to us in 7 days after you receive the product and we will return the money back to you. You can mail the product to our HK warehouse (you have to pay the mail fee yourself).
5.Who will pay for custom duty if necessary?
Our store price does not include any custom duty or VAT in your country. You may be charged custom duty for the goods purchased online, In that scenario, please declare the goods you purchased to your country’s custom and pay the duty if necessary.
We normally declare the value of the goods according to the request by our logistic supplier so that the package can go easily through the boarder and custom.
